Ingredients:

Lactate yeast (L. helveticus, B. infantis， B。 bifidum)； zinc oxide; fructooligosaccharides; potato
starch; Coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty
acids. These ingredients may contain traces of soy and lactose.

Product Description
• PHARMALP DEFENSES is a combination of the following three strains, prebiotics and zinc:
• Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 – Promotes metabolism, relieves high blood pressure, enhances
immune function, and improves sleep
• Bifidobacterium infantis R0033 – Strengthens the immune system and supports nutrient
absorption and respiratory health
• Bifidobacterium bifidobacterium R0071 – Lactic acid and acetic acid can be produced after
fermentation in the human intestine, which can improve the utilization rate of calcium,
phosphorus, and iron, promote the absorption of iron and vitamin D, and help regulate immune
system function
• Lactic acid fermentation (3 billion bacteria per capsule)

Directions for use
• It is recommended to swallow 1 capsule daily with a glass of boiling water for 10 days
• If necessary, you can take 3 capsules per day for 3 days
