Ideal for anyone who would like to lose weight.

If you would like to lose weight, we would recommend you to take the Vita protein complex as breakfast. This will allow fat burning from the evening until midday. The intake of carbohydrates will block fat burning. Please follow guidance from our diet program.



Vita Protein complex contains highly nutritious building blocks (amino acids). These proteins are from whey protein, milk, soya and hen’s eggs. L-carnitine transfers long chain fatty acids such as mitochondria where it enables them to be broken down efficiently, releasing energy. Inulin is a non-digestible dietary fibre. It stimulates the growth of bifidobacteria in the intestine and has a beneficial effect on the intestinal flora.

Step 1




Attack Phase: exclusively with the intake of protein



3 to 5 days

(Weight loss between 2 to 3 kgs)

Goal: Lose the first 2-3 kgs, eliminate all glycogene reserves, lose the desire to eat sweets (carbohydrates), and remain full of energy with a sense of satiety.

Basic rules:

Eat with no restriction, only with the below mentioned food.

Do not roast meat nor fish with oil but steam or simmer them.

Drink 0.5 liter of water while eating, 0.5 liter of tea or coffee are allowed.

Daily simple 30 minute physical activity is required, for instance, walking, biking, walking up the stairs…


List of authorised and non authorised foods:


Authorised food

Lean meat: Beef, veal, dried meat, ham without fat.

Fish: Any fish and seafood

Poultry and vegetarian food: chicken, eggs and tofu

Dairy product and protein drinks: any dairy products or milk that contain less than 1.5% fat, vita protein complex drink, yoguhrt and fresh cheese contain less than 1.5% fat


Non authorised food

Meat: Lamb, Pork

Fish: marinated fish in oil and fried fish

Poultry: duck

Any full fat dairy product and any full-fat cheese




Step 2




Vitality Phase and weight loss


3 to 4 weeks: stick to this diet until you are satisfied with your target weight.

(Around 1 kg less per week)

Goal: 1 kg to lose per week, diminish body fat but not the muscle. Feel in shape and performance. Sense of satiety. Take advantage of a diverse diet.



Basic rules:

Diversify your diet: with high protein intake according to the program of step 1 for 1 day then the next day with protein and vegetables.

You can eat these food without any restriction.

It is essential to take 1 or 2 tablespoon of oat bran per day

In case of hunger between meals, drink the Vita protein shake.

2 tablespoon of oat bran is essential (for instance with a plain yoghurt)

Drink 0.5 liter of water while eating and 1.5 liter of water per day.

Tea and coffee are allowed

Mushrooms, radish, salad, tomatoes, celery, asparagus, carrots, courgette, brocoli, green beans, dill, cucumber, spinach, onions, aubergine, cabbage, artichokes, leeks, peppers, rhubarb, beetroot, squash.


Not authorised:

Advocados, peas, potatoes, chickpeas, lentils, corn, rice.







Step 3



Stabilisation phase and weight maintenance for the long term


This is the most important phase to maintain our ideal weight.

Goal: maintain the ideal weight, prevent any yo-yo effect, include one day per week an exclusive protein diet. Eat mainly proteins and less carbohydrates and fat.

Basic rules:

In general, a lot of protein, not too much fat neither carbohydrates.

A lot of fruits, vegetables and salad.

Proteins help to maintain muscle mass! Be careful with diets that restrict you only with the intake of fruit and vegetable juice because it reduces your muscle mass and increase your body fat.

Fat: be careful with the dosage of saturated fatty acid. Give preference to rapeseed oil and olive oil.

Carbohydrates: give preference to wholegrain bread and ‘slow’ carbohydrate. Eat sweets, fried food and drink sodas in small quantities and under exceptional circumstances.

In case of food and sweet cravings, take one Vita protein complex drink instead of chocolate or other sweets.

Proteins provide better sense of satiety.


In general, eat slowly and only when you are hungry. Take pleasure in eating.

Take everyday 2 tablespoon of oat bran or other fibers.

Drink 0.5 liter of water while eating and 1.5 liter of water per day.

Daily 30 minute exercise, for example walking, walking the stairs, biking…

Keep the balance of your calorie intake (food and beverage) and your physical expense (physical activity).

Introduce once weekly a day which you only eat proteins. During this day, please apply the same rules as step 1: Attack phase.
