1. Delivery Time: 3 to 10 days after order placed and payment made
2. Delivery Method and Cost: Courier
• For purchase of HK$700 or above: Free door-to-door delivery
• For purchase of below HK$700: HK$60
3. Delivery availability: Mon – Sat
4. Customer will receive the delivery information by email after the order is shipped.
Overseas:
1. Delivery Method: Speedpost (3-7 days)
2. Delivery Cost : Fees will be showed at shopping cart when check out
3. Import taxes :
- Customers may respond to import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are individual from the shipping charge, the billed will be separated send to the customer directly.
- Declaration of Value and Product Description :
- Due to International laws, Naturotrade states the full value of your order on the shipping label with deducting the shipping charge.
- For International Airmail, we will simply indicate the quantity of all the products you ordered along with the following product description, “Nutritional Supplements for Personal Use.”. Example: if you ordered 2 each of 3 different products, for a total cost of 30 dollars, we will state the following on the shipping label:

- Customs information: Naturotrade will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery:
- Important notes for international customers: Customers are responsible to get the information of import regulations and restrictions from the custom office of your country before placing order. It is important to avoid high import duties, the delivery being delayed or returned.
Replacement
1. Customers cannot cancel purchase orders upon receiving purchase confirmation, all fees are non-refundable
2. Should the delivered products be damaged or expired, please contact our customer service: [email protected] within seven days of receiving the products. Any reports after seven days will not be entertained.
3. Each item can only be replaced once.
4. Our customer service will contact the buyer for arrangement of replacement, subject to product stock availability.
